Total Investment - 8750.

12pm Dana + second shooter arrives at Hotel Bennett to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
1:30pm Second shooter heads to guys getting ready location (TBD) to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
1:45pm Bride gets into her gown
2:30pm Bride, bridesmaids + bride's immediate family photos taken by Dana outside Hotel Bennett
2:30pm Groom, groomsmen + groom's immediate family photos taken by second shooter (location TBD)
3:15pm Girls head to St Luke's; Dana stays behind to photograph cocktail hour space + reception details (if ready)
3:30pm Guys head to St Luke's; second shooter to coordinate arrival to ensure Christina + Harry don't see each other
3:45pm Everyone tucked away at St Luke's; guests begin to arrive; Dana + second shooter to photograph ceremony details at this time
4:30pm Ceremony
5pm Combined family photos, combined wedding party photos, and bride/groom portraits at this time
6pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph lingering family photos + reception details at this time
7pm Reception begins
11pm Formal exit

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline (above) that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have.  Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner once it is complete, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please email me to let me know.  I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment.  Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
